Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Safety Advocacy: As a Dutch-Speaking Platform Safety Representative, you'll advocate for the safety and security of our online platform users. Monitor user activity, identify potential risks or violations, and take proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  2. Community Engagement: Engage with users in Dutch-speaking communities, addressing concerns, providing support, and fostering positive interactions. Build trust and rapport with users, serving as a trusted point of contact for safety-related inquiries and assistance.
  3. Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce platform safety policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Stay abreast of emerging trends and threats in online safety, adapting strategies and protocols accordingly.
  4. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to safety-related incidents, including reports of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate content. Investigate incidents, escalate as necessary, and implement appropriate measures to address and prevent recurrence.
  5. Educational Initiatives: Develop and deliver educational resources and training materials to promote user awareness and understanding of safety protocols and best practices. Empower users to take proactive steps to protect themselves and others within the online community.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with users.
