Kantar's Worldpanel division is searching for enthusiastic entry-level Junior Reporting Analysts to join our Data Reporting team. Based in Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future

The Team and Role's mission


Our Kantar Worldpanel Reporting Team specializes in the preparation, processing, and consolidation of data for several of our global projects.

They act as experts in data harmonization, while they collaborate with multiple countries and work closely with local markets and key stakeholders, using their expertise and knowledge to provide and recommend best practices across the business.


We're currently looking for 4 new Junior Reporting Analysts to join our team As a Reporting Analyst, you'll be trained and encouraged to extract, process and validate produced data, as well as deliver and produce Ad Hoc reports and translate our stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables.

Key outcomes

  • Production of Outputs for international projects using multiple formats.
  • Responsible for the preparation of endclient deliverables using both industry standard and Kantarspecific technology and tools.
  • Extracting data using different platforms/tools.
  • Processing and validation of produced data.
  • Deliver and produce Ad Hoc and ongoing reports.
  • Translate stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and control of the produced reports.
Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this

  • Knowledge or previous experience in data manipulation is appreciated.
  • Be able to write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and data analysis.
  • Knowledge or previous experience with MS Excel (e.g. Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables) is recommended.
  • English professional proficiency minimum B2 Level is required.
