Na WINNING CONSULTING procuramos um perfil de
Application Production Support para se juntar à nossa equipa de consultoria num projeto importante em Lisboa (híbrido).


TAREFAS/FUNÇÕES

  • Responsável por configurações dos ambientes, resolução de problemas e pela produção da documentação;
  • Contribuir para a resolução de incidentes;
  • Propor e implementar otimizações para o projeto;
  • Efetuar reviews regulares dos scripts antes da fase UAT;
  • Participar na validação das migrações efetuadas entre servidores;
  • Boa comunicação, espírito de equipa e de entreajuda.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior nas áreas de Engenharia, Matemática ou similares;
  • 10 anos de experiência profissional comprovada em áreas de suporte;
  • Experiência com RedHat Linux com Windows, Unix, WAS, SQL;
  • Bons conhecimentos em Power Shell, Active directory, Event logs;
  • Experiência com sistemas de scripting;
  • Bons conhecimentos das normas de ITIL, nomeadamente de incidentes, Change and Request Management;
  • Bons conhecimentos em Ansible, Devops e Sys Admin;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar com horário flexível.
