The main goal of the Tactical Procurement team is to ensure accurate supplier data and support our suppliers in the onboarding process.

In this role, you will be able to work with different stakeholders, define action plans, implement new processes and work on a global project within our Procurement team.


In your new role, you will:


  • Create, check, and validate all supplier master data information for different Mock up's and Go Live of new entities;

Create and maintain the vendors on SAP test systems including data extraction from SAP legacy and PIO systems;

  • Work on the
    migration from the test system to the productive system by completing all necessary tasks;
  • Prepare, coordinate and execute a
    global SAP development project , participating in all necessary meetings to share the project status, ensuring that all project milestones are completed and that the work package is delivered;

Collaborate with our international project team in order to:

  • Prepare the rollout design;
  • Assure that all necessary cleansing and corrections are performed on time;
  • Prepare and migrate data for rollouts;
  • Provide support during testing phases, analyze defects, and coordinate resolution;

Prepare the go-live and ensure the transition and support together with the team and other teams;

  • Support the
    integration of new team members ;
  • Identify and implement
    process improvements .
You demonstrate strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks with both internal and external partners. Have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills, being able to work independently and to structure your own work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in
    Business Administration, Economics, Management, International Relations, Language Studies, or a similar field;
  • Experience working with
    process improvements, project implementations, and/or
    systems implementations would be a plus;

SAP knowledge and
good Microsoft Office skills , especially Excel and PowerPoint;

Fluency in English (mandatory).
