THE ROLE
To be part of an exciting business unit at Farfetch focused on improving and implementing new carrier solutions, harnessing the power of the Farfetch Platform to enable global omnichannel e-Commerce for High Luxury Fashion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Engineers to guarantee that solutions are aligned with both customer needs
- Support system configurations
- Execute platform carrier related tests
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with best practices and patterns and document it
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with 2+ years of experience on ecommerce
- Experience executing or supporting delivery solutions projects
- Consolidated experience working in largescale organisations on a multinational level with a multicultural team
- Easily build relationships with the different stakeholders of the business/tech area, at different levels of the organisation (from C-Level to Analyst)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Able to communicate at all levels in the organisation
- Analytical skills and ability to translate stakeholder needs into business and product requirements
- Understand and discuss technical concepts
- Be an advocate of quality and continuous improvement
