Your role As the Service Sales Representative , you will be responsible for pursuing opportunities for service agreements, quick turn projects to keep our customers operating effectively and pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment.
This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service.
This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.
Your key responsibilities will be the following: Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (i.e.
service agreements, repairs and modernizations)  Create and maintain Sales Territory (Porto area - North of Portugal) and Account plans where necessary  Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer goals to Carrier solutions.
Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities  Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline  Effectively negotiate service agreement renewals when required    Who we're looking for?
If you are an experienced seller in attracting new customers and building share value with existing customers, we want to meet you.
As part of our Service Sales team, you should have the following: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, High School Diploma / GED required.
2-3 years experience selling within the HVAC industry.
Previous experience in selling service agreements   Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software  Outstanding sales /negotiation skills and goal-orientation with remarkable time-management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects.
Able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Demonstrated solid written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external customers  Ability to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets You will need to bring in fluency in Portuguese paired with a good command of English.
A valid EU work permit is required.
