Responsibilities

  • Agency Acquisition / Cold outbound / Sales
  • Tenacity
  • Strong conversion of prospects to clients
  • Reliable onboarding

Your Profile

  • You love advertising and sales.
  • You have 2-3 years experience in outbound sales and digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities, ideally with an international agency background.
  • Strong negotiation skills: You have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal.
  • You know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research.
  • You know how a marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells.
  • Flawless written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • European Union citizenship or Residency Permit in Portugal is required.
