Establish the global marketing execution through a centralized and optimized collection of marketing-focused resources, to support the strategic direction and business opportunities.

Operationalize the customer approach activities by developing best practices and new approaches, implementing customer-focused deliverables to achieve the most-compelling CX and deliver incremental value for multiple teams and the business.

Marketing CoE comprehends the Center of Excellence in Portugal, Philippines, India and Japan.

About the role

The Marketing Automation Specialist role is pivotal to accelerate growth for our demand generation campaigns.

The Marketing Automation Specialist develops, manages, and supports the end-to-end acquisition and installed base growth strategy to drive quality leads for marketing and sales through thoughtful, optimized programs across our chosen Marketing Automation (MA) platform to improve return on investment (RoI).

The role responsibilities include plan, design, and implement global & regional lead generation activities and nurturing programs.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Utilizes MA and integrated MarTech, supporting the planning, design, and implementation of global & regional lead generation activities and nurturing programs to deliver marketing qualified leads
  • Responsible for managing the distribution list, creating, settingup and executing all marketing campaigns using the MA platform
  • Works closely with external agencies when appropriate and required
  • Analyzes and optimizes MA activities and strategic programs in MA, working with multiple stakeholders to provide insights on campaign performance, and increase execution efficiency to boost RoI
  • Evangelizes MA by continuously enlighten the marketing teams around MA bestpractices for global and regional campaigns
  • Collaborates with Data and Legal teams, supporting all governance projects related to MA execution in connection to the wider technology and infrastructure operations to ensure the company remains compliant (i.e., GDPR, countries legal framework,)
  • Applies MA in collaboration with Digital Marketing to maximize optimal distribution and effectiveness of the digital Marketing content
  • Ensures strong alignment between MA and the wider Marketing ecosystem, seeking opportunities to automate and standardize manual processes wherever possible
  • Maintains a datadriven approach through continual experimentation and optimization (a/b testing, etc.)
  • Supports through managing leads' information keeping them updated and helps to create a targeted campaign
What expertise and experience are required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
  • 35 years of related job experience
  • Indepth knowledge of running B2B Marketing campaigns
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
  • Experience within B2B marketing in global environment
  • Holds a strong interest in customer experience
  • Must be proficient in collaborating with multiple teams
  • Expertise of using webinar technologies (i.e., ON24, Go2Webinar)
  • Familiarity with additional web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Be a driver for continuously looking for new and innovative ways to improve the way of working using Marketing Automation
