FunçõesGestão econômico-financeira dos programas Realizar acompanhamento mensal de faturação e da conta de resultados unitários dos programas. Identificar e analisar desvios. Lançar ações corretivas e de melhoria para alcançar os objetivos económicos do programa.Gerenciar capital de giro contas a receber e WIP (trabalho em andamento)Exercer o diálogo com o Cliente Exercer o diálogo principal com o Cliente, sendo o seu representante dentro do Grupo e do Grupo perante o Cliente, nomeadamente coordenando as atividades dos diferentes negócios do Grupo quando for caso disso.
Assegurar Sistemas de Monitorização Estabelecer, implementar e assegurar sistemas de monitorização e informação dos Programas/Clientes através de indicadores de controlo, que serão reportados pela Equipa do Programa ao Cliente e à Comissão de Gestão do Programa para, se necessário, definir e propor as ações corretivas.
Identificar Riscos Identificar, analisar e avaliar os riscos associados às diferentes atividades com o Cliente para estabelecer planos de mitigação coordenados e conjuntos para os diferentes programas.
Negociar com o Cliente Negociar e acordar modificações contratuais com o Cliente, principalmente as condições comerciais dos contratos-quadro entre o Grupo e o Cliente, e fornecer suporte aos Gerentes de Programa nas modificações do produto e no planeamento de entrega de médio e longo prazo resultante da evolução dos programas ao longo do tempo.
