Responsibilities:

What will you contribute?


This is a leadership role, in which the TCM BU leadership strategy needs to be implemented in a way that creates environment where the SDR team consistently perform their best.

Nurturing the team and providing motivation are critical to the success of this role.

Strategic Goals & Deliverables:

  • Support the BU's strategic priority of increasing endtoend ownership of TCM's sales cycle and reducing handovers
  • Build a motivated and highenergy team
  • Provide career programs and career development opportunities for SDR team
  • Collaborate with BDMs to bring together RSMs, sales, marketing and GSC in order to increase penetration of our CAM

Accountabilities

  • This is not just a people manager role:
  • Help define the SDR team strategy, not just execute on it
  • Full alignment with BU objectives above is crucial
  • Be a coach and a mentor to the SDR team
  • Lead by example and show how things need to be done
  • Manage onboarding, training, performance and eventually graduation of individuals and moves to other roles
  • Train and manage the team on BAU SDR tasks, KPIs and performance
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

Skills Requirements:

  • Self motivated and resultoriented to assist with driving strategic initiatives and programs
  • Ability to influence and work successfully with different stakeholders
  • Great communicator that provides clarity during times of change
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team
  • Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals
  • Degree BA in Business or Engineering
