***: Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer with a proven track record in systems administration and a strong passion for automation. Your role will be pivotal in automating our infrastructure, streamlining our operations, and ensuring that our services run like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the backbone of our SRE team, wielding tools like Ansible and Terraform to craft robust, repeatable, and resilient systems.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop, scale, and manage our infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
  • Champion automation across the organization, eliminating manual operations and toil wherever possible.
  • Design and implement proactive monitoring and alerting strategies to anticipate and address issues before they impact our customers.
  • Lead incident response efforts, and contribute to postmortem analysis and process refinement to prevent future outages.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for service rollout and management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SRE team members in best practices in systems administration and automation.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator/systems engineer with a strong focus on SRE practices.
  • Deep expertise in automation with Ansible and infrastructure management with Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamworkoriented attitude.
