Global Citizen Solutions assists international, individuals and their families to diversify their investments while obtaining increased mobility, security and privacy.

Our multicultural and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in the prominent European countries offering citizenship and residency through investment programmes.


We are currently looking for
an experienced professional, able to cope with a fast pace, demanding but less formal consulting environment to support, for now, a 6 month period of projects and internal transformation, guaranteeing seniority when adhering to the culture and challenges ahead.

Ideally, someone interested in a part-time (3 days weekly) function - _open to further scenarios depending on the process analysis.

#ABOUTTHEROLE
Plus, it will also cover daily HR initiatives, team support on HR issues and ongoing admin.


Strong in interpersonal skills, we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Associate, who remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs.


#ABOUTTHECHALLENGE

  • Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment processes.
  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Recruitment and Selection: profile screening and interviews, meetings with organisations and associations.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit the Company's culture.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Employer branding.
  • Referral process management.
  • Be a key element on Onboarding & Offboarding processes.
  • Keep up with Employee Journey.
  • Support Education actions (detect needs and provide help with organization logistics).
  • Assist on Internal Corporate Events.

  • High level of English, written and spoken.
  • The ability to adapt and conduct different types of interviews for different and specific positions.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowhow of employment law and legislation.
  • Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.
  • The ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback.
  • Skill in communicating effectively in writing, using audienceappropriate language and terminology and with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organization.
  • Able in managing time and multiple work streams and meeting various deadlines, with fast pace processes.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
