THE ROLE
As Indie Campers Employee Relations Specialist you will be the point of contact for all employment law queries and procedures.
You will report directly to our Head of Rewards and People Matters and work alongside and cross-functionally with Legal, Corporate Finance, Strategy & BD and many other teams as we scale globally.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Your main responsibilities will include:_
- Cover all legal matters related to employees in the workplace
- Guarantee employment law compliance, regarding policies and procedures, in all market where we operate, and prerequisites research for future ones, where we are expanding
- Documents drafting and issuance regarding hiring process, for all future employees
- Manage employment agreements and any other documents related to employees' lifecycle.
- Research and be aware of all labour law legislation in all markets.
- Create internal policies and procedures related to Human Resources and Labour relations.
- You will have ownership of topics such as compliance regarding GDPR, Non-Disclosure Agreements and prescreening processes for all future and current employees.
- Assist core business departments with analysis and insights regarding labour law implications
- To do so you must be:_
- Experienced in Labour Law
- Curious/hungry for learning you question the status quo and think outside the box
- You are resourceful and know where to look for information, despite not having all the answers
- You are detail oriented and analytical, as well as you enjoy problem solving and designing new processes
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven Labour Law specialist, with
3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate, international environment.
You have a
Law degree and preferably a masters in international or labour law, and you enjoy working with international perspectives.
You are curious and don't settle for the easy answer, you enjoy researching and finding creative solutions for day-to-day problems.
