Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, including features, pricing, and aftersales services.
  • Expertly answer customer inquiries, addressing specific questions and concerns promptly.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by conducting price and feature comparisons.
  • Skillfully crosssell complementary products to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain fully stocked shelves and visually appealing displays to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage merchandise returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver outstanding customer service, especially during peak periods.
  • Inform customers about ongoing discounts and special offers to drive sales.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to our Store Managers to continually improve our service.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest products and services to better assist our customers.

Requirements and Skills:

Knowledge, as user, in Marketplaces' Software, mainly Mirakl.

Proven work experience in retail sales or a similar role.

Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.

Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures.

Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

High school degree required; a BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
