We're helping our client, SheerMe, find a Marketing Manager for the European market based in Lisbon.

About Us:
At SheerMe, our goal is to help more individuals take better care of themselves.

We're building a community focused on well-being, where users are rewarded for self-care, allowing us to continue investing in their wellness.

SheerMe is the leading platform in Portugal for wellness and beauty services bookings and payments.

Every user booking results in cashback accumulated in a digital wallet.


Additionally, users can create their own community, invite friends, and earn value in the wallet whenever they schedule services for self-care.


For wellness and beauty sector merchants, SheerMe offers a free platform (SheerMe PRO web and app) to enhance their digital presence, acquire online business, and manage all bookings and payments in one place, without the need for additional equipment.


SheerMe has recently expanded to Brazil and Spain, with plans to become a global solution soon.


Job Description:

Are you a marketing expert passionate about promoting products and services that enhance people's lives? Do you appreciate the importance of well-being for yourself and others?

We're seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at SheerMe, a digital marketplace connecting customers with wellness and beauty services, enabling seamless online bookings and payments.


As the Marketing Manager, you'll develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for our online platform.


You'll directly report to SheerMe's founder and CEO, collaborate with product and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns and materials that engage our audience.


Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Leading the Marketing team's strategy and contractors (when available)
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Creating and sharing promotional content like email newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates
  • Analyzing and evaluating marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results
  • Collaborating with partners and influencers to establish valuable relationships, boost brand awareness, partnerships, and sponsors
  • Managing budgets for marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the wellness and beauty industry and opportunities for its digitalization

We require excellent communication skills, creativity, multitasking abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Marketing and Innovation are about experimentation, learning, adjusting, and iterating for improvement.
