Como é Ser IT Delivery Manager ?

  • Agir como ponto de contacto entre as equipas de desenvolvimento e o Cliente e/ou seus interlocutores, por forma a garantir a qualidade da entrega de acordo com o âmbito, tempo e investimento definido
  • Comunicar a evolução das atividades associadas à solução pretendida
  • Colaborar na recolha e detalhe de requisitos funcionais assim como na clarificação dos mesmos às equipas de desenvolvimento
  • Identificar riscos e traçar planos de mitigação
  • Promover a interação entre as diferentes equipas que possam colaborar para o sucesso do projeto
  • Acompanhar a evolução de custos e proveitos da equipa de desenvolvimento associada a um determinado projeto
  • Ser capaz de agir como product manager de uma solução, trazendo valor acrescido na identificação e documentação de funcionalidades, análise de produtos similares e propondo novas funcionalidades de modo a melhorar o produto
  • Realização de outras tarefas relacionadas com o ciclo de desenvolvimento de Sistemas de informação

O que valorizamos:

  • Experiência em gestão de projetos de SI, preferencialmente com recurso a ferramentas Atlassian;
  • Experiência na utilização de metodologias agile;
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação;
  • Experiência de trabalho com equipas multidisciplinares e mediação de interesses;
  • Experiência na gestão de equipas;
  • Capacidade de acompanhar vários projetos em simultâneo;
  • Noções sobre conceitos técnicos na área do desenvolvimento de soluções;
  • Comunicação clara e assertiva, verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade analítica e de síntese;
  • Apaixonado pela inovação e melhoria contínua;
  • Conhecimentos de espanhol e inglês;
