Sixt is recruiting an Incident Manager:

Your mission with them:

Do what you love:

  • You define processes, standards and guidelines for major incident and problem management.
  • You support the IT teams in proactively identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting incidents, primarily at 3rd level and increasing the overall quality of service by creating best practices.
  • You act as the single point of contact for escalation management and interacting with relevant stakeholders (e.g., business departments or test, change and release management).
  • You will have a supporting role in security incident or crisis management, if required.

  • You hold an university degree with a focus on information technology or several years of professional experience.
  • You have a good technical understanding of IT solutions (client/server systems, cloudbased solutions, IP and network infrastructure).
  • You have got a good knowledge of ServiceNow as well as practical experience in the ITIL incident and problem management processes.
  • You are willing to work shifts and to participate in oncall duties outside office hours.
  • You communicate fluently in English and have a levelheaded demeanor even in critical situations.
