We are looking for a
Arabic Quality Analyst to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
Primary responsibilities
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Follow procedures to inspect and report quality issues
Monitor all operations that affect quality
Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
Provide positive & constructive feedback to advisors
Your profile should match the following description:
Arabic Native Level - mandatory
Full proficiency in English - mandatory
Availability to work fully from the office (7 Rios, Lisbon) - mandatory
Availability for rotative schedules - mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quality monitoring and/or quality feedback experience - Highly Valued
Skills:
Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
Effective time management.
Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.
