Job Description
Service description
The service to be provided has main focus on IT Service Management to manage internal organization application. This service comprises a
- up of the future operations and transfer the various development Projects into a secure and
- performance operation. In doing so, the service to be provided will consider the existing operating processes according to ITIL, the new requirements, and coordinate the service needs with other service managers, platform management, and infrastructure suppliers.
  • Ensure customer
  • Manage budget and report to the service
  • Monitoring and reporting of service
  • Suggest improvements for optimizations of the service in terms of performance, adaptability, reliability, and cyber
  • Incident Management-Understand requirements and business
  • Regular alignment and touchpoints with all involved
  • Manage change requests/Small projects to drive customer satisfaction and meet business requirements
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Between 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT
  • Involvement in building IT solutions or operating IT solutions from a service
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA
  • Certification in ITIL is a
  • Experience working with technical
  • Experience with service providers and management and monitoring of
  • Cybersecurity
  • German speaker will be
  • Knowledge in Azure and Kubernetes will be appreciated
Fluent English. Hybrid Model in Lisbon.
