As part of our strategic pillar for the global media team is to be a force for Digital transformation, we are in-housing our global Digital spend and KPIs data into a Global Digital Paid Media Dashboard to democratize data accessibility and visibility across organization.
The data is daily refreshed and available 24/7 in one-stop shop platform helping brand marketers analyzetheir data to drive future winning digital campaigns globally and locally.
Global media team is responsible for digital data accuracy and governance making sure all paid media campaigns follow the same naming conventions/taxonomy structure so the data is readable and accurately classified in our Dashboard.
Tasks- Work with global Delivery Media Manager to get up to speed on the roadmap for new data integration and maintain campaign taxonomy compliance rate at highest level.
- Work with central and local media agencies to ensure update of past campaign names following taxonomy and keep taxonomy dictionary (codes) updated.
- Work with local markets to help speed up identification of unclear or missing campaigns parameters (i.e. master brand and brand attributions).
- Handson approach whenever possible to fix postingestion issues/gaps master data/campaign taxonomy mappings were missing or inaccurately coded.
- Manage onboard of new platform/media agency on taxonomy process, playbook, and taxonomy dictionary.
- Work with third party agency partner to help get access to local and global ad account business managers and secure data collection via set up of API feeds.
- Be part of weekly status call with D&A and thirdparty partner whenever needed.
- Report status, progress on data integration and compliance on a regular basis to the global media team.
Requirements:
- Digitally savvy with a strong business mind and min 3 years of digital/IT data project management experience in an international working environment
- Proven experience in coordinating work streams with different partner while maintaining timely execution of deliveries.
- Proven data management, analytical and reporting skills, attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and at ease with rapidly changing environment
- Excellent Project management and IT Excel skills (coding/programming basic knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in media planning, buying is a plus (not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, motivational skills
- Action/solutionoriented, "handson" attitude, proactive mindset
- Fluent in English
By being part of the Global Media team, the Media Taxonomy coordinator will play a crucial role in keeping global digital taxonomy compliance rate at 100% (or close to it) building on continuous trust among global and local users' community across organization.
You will play a key role in coordinating the necessary actions to maintain consistency in the way our digital paid media campaign names are coded across markets, brands and social platforms.
The role reports to global Delivery Media Manager and will work in close collaboration with media agencies, markets, global D&A team and a third-party agency.
