The Job

Having trouble streaming your favorite show on Netflix?

Did the movie you were watching disappear?

Interested in knowing when the next season of your favorite series will start?

Now you will assist customers with these issues related to our site and services.

You will provide exceptional customer service and support clients with various problems including personal accounts, internet surfing, and billing inquiries.

You will make informed decisions in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.


The Profile

The company values soft skills and will provide training regardless of your field of study.

If you are customer service-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, are proactive, and a team player, this opportunity could be for you.

The Offer

Type of contract: Long-term fixed term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Full-time or part-time options with rotating shifts based on project requirements

Salary conditions (*) - 2 options:

a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month (experience-dependent)

b) Excluding accommodation: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month (experience-dependent)

For international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket within the EU
  • Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc., upon arrival
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
  • Real growth opportunities in various career paths

(*) Compensation during the training period (1 to 4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages with lower taxes
