The Company

The Job

  • Can't stream your favorite show on Netflix?
  • The movie you started yesterday disappeared?
  • Want to know when the next season of one of your series will start?

You will help Customers with these problems related to our site and services. Providing exceptional customer service, assisting Clients with issues such as personal accounts, internet surfing, and billing. You must deliver calm and smart decisions in high-pressure situations while paying attention to detail.

The Profile

The company prioritizes soft skills over specific field of studies - they will train you in all aspects of the job. If you are customer service-oriented, possess good communication skills, are proactive, and a team player, they might have an opportunity for you. You should be fluent in German and have a good command of English, an amazing phone presence, energetic, innovative, fast thinker, proactive, motivated, a team player, with an intercultural mind and openness to work with diverse nationalities.

The Offer

- Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.

- Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts.

- Salary conditions (*) - 2 options:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 gross/month (based on experience level).
  • Excluding accommodation: € gross/month (based on experience level).

- For international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
  • Airport pick-up.
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
  • Assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, etc. upon arrival.

(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (1 to 4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes).
