About the job

  • The Trade Reconstruction and Record Management Team leader is in charge of coordinating the team activity ensuring defined operational targets and quality standards

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage teams' daily activity and organisation, planning the teams' daily work and goals
  • Ensure trade life cycle reconstruction is complete within 72 hours of request for CFTC
  • Collaborate with internal clients to best understand their operational and strategic needs
  • Ensure the right formalization of operational procedures & processes & control plan
  • Support the resolution of issues escalated by the team
  • Propositioning of new developments or improvements in the existing chain in order to ensure the processes and reduce the operational risk
  • Ensuring the proper support to all the team members, developing also the others and improving their skills

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Experience in Banking and Financial Operations (5 to 7 years)
  • Experience in Operations and Processes, namely in Middle Office Operations
  • Knowledge of Data Viz Blending Analytics Power BI (Beginner)
  • Knowledge of It Languages, namely in Python (Beginner)
  • Proficient in MS Office Pack (Excel)
  • Ability to anticipate business strategic evolution
  • Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Ability to develop others and improve their skills
