A Adecco Recruitment procura Private Banker (M/F) para integrar a equipa de Direção de Wealth Management de uma Instituição Bancária em Lisboa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Construir, desenvolver e gerir uma carteira de clientes;
  • Prospeção e organização regular de atividades com vista à aquisição de novos clientes e parceiros;
  • Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e conseguir apresentar soluções num ambiente em constante mudança;
  • Perfilar a sua carteira de clientes;
  • Identificar e analisar oportunidades de negócios e obter sucesso no crescimento do produto bancário;
  • Estabelecer uma reputação de serviço ao cliente de excelência;
  • Capacidade para apresentar soluções criativas e inteligentes de aconselhamento financeiro;
  • Trabalhar e comunicar eficazmente com os membros da equipa, com parceiros de produto e outras equipas internas, de forma a obter o melhor resultado para os clientes e um ambiente saudável.
Requisitos

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado;
  • Gosto pela área comercial e orientação para os resultados;
  • Elevado nível de inglês (preferencial);
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de desenvolvimento de negócios na área de private banking e gestão de patrimónios;
  • Sucesso comprovado nas vendas, incluindo prospeção, criação de perfil, superação de objeções, negociação, abordagem de vendas em equipa, fecho da venda e solicitação de referências;
  • Experiência na compreensão das necessidades financeiras de todos os tipos de clientes;
  • Capacidade para entender as necessidades financeiras dos clientes e de executar todas as operações apropriadamente;
  • Elevada capacidade de construção de relacionamento com clientes;
  • Elevado conhecimento de um conjunto de produtos bancários e de investimento Depósitos, Obrigações, Ações, Derivados, Produtos Estruturados, Fundos de Investimento, Fundos de Pensão e outros;
  • Capacidade de gerir e, se necessário, recusar transações de forma diplomática e profissional, assegurando sempre os mais elevados padrões de Compliance, ao mesmo tempo que mantem boa relação com os clientes ou potenciais clientes;
  • Capacidade de iniciativa, autónomo e de trabalhar sobre pressão;
  • Estar confortável para trabalhar num ambiente competitivo e de desenvolvimento de negócio constante;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral;
  • Capacidade para cumprir prazos e gerir expectativas internas e dos clientes.
