  • Providing advice and handling postings, sourcing candidates, choosing the best channels to attract talent requirements;
  • Responsible for onboarding process;
  • Identify areas of improvement of the recruiting process;
  • Market mapping;
  • Building internal and external candidate pool;
  • Responsible for managing professional internships;
  • Negotiations with head hunters and agencies;
  • Appearance at trade fairs and events;
  • Evaluation of MPA, assessment, etc;
  • Conducting exit interviews.
Requirements

  • Psychology or Human Resources Management degree;
  • Approximately 3 years professional experience in a similar role;
