Estamos à procura para integrar a equipa de Legal da Helexia em Lisboa:

LAWYER – ENERGY SECTOR


Serás um Advogado In House (m/f/d), sob a tutela do Head of Legal de Portugal, que terá como responsabilidade dar suporte interno sobre todas as matérias de Legal, à nossa equipa e aos nossos projetos.

Será responsável por dar consultoria, suporte e outros serviços jurídicos de forma proativa, atempada, eficiente e profissional, com objetivo de promover os objetivos de negócio em apoio à estratégia local e de grupo da Helexia, acrescentando valor e garantindo os interesses dos acionistas.

Deverás garantir que os riscos legais são identificados, que estruturas e estratégias alternativas apropriadas são consideradas, e que os documentos sejam redigidos adequadamente, por forma a refletirem as decisões comerciais, sempre em consonância com os princípios profissionais e as obrigações legais da Helexia.


PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDES:


Assegurar que as considerações jurídicas, incluindo a atenuação dos riscos jurídicos identificados, são tidas em conta nas operações, atividades de planeamento, contratação, desenvolvimento de novos negócios/projetos, incluindo as relações com terceiros.

Redigir contratos e acordos comerciais.
Verificar os procedimentos de autorização e a conformidade regulamentar.
Prestar apoio jurídico às várias funções da empresa (operação, vendas, contabilidade, recursos humanos).
Prestar apoio jurídico às operações de financiamento e às atividades de due diligence.
Gerir as atividades governativas da empresa.

Acompanhar os desenvolvimentos jurídicos relevantes e comunicá-los ao responsável jurídico e a outras linhas de negócio implicadas, assegurando a atualização legislativa e regulamentar.

Empenhar-se e concentrar-se na melhoria contínua no contexto jurídico global.

Maximizar os benefícios e minimizar os riscos que possam representar qualquer tipo de perda para a unidade empresarial ou para os acionistas, ao mesmo tempo que cumpre os objetivos empresariais.

Propor estratégias e prestar apoio jurídico que permitam decisões seguras, eficientes e ágeis, de modo a garantir vantagens competitivas.

COMPETÊNCIAS VALORIZADAS:
Mínimo 3 anos de experiência como advogado in house, ou similar;
Excelente capacidade jurídica e estratégica;
Demonstração de uma mentalidade de aprendizagem e capacidade para alargar os seus conhecimentos nos domínios jurídicos relevantes;
Promoção de uma mentalidade de melhoria contínua e desafiar-se a si próprio e aos outros para identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria;
Excelentes competências analíticas, de comunicação e interpessoais;
Capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente jurídico em evolução e menos exigente, promovendo simultaneamente conselhos jurídicos pragmáticos;
Capacidade para lidar e estabelecer prioridades e gerir múltiplas tarefas e projetos;
Capacidade de tomar decisões em circunstâncias ambíguas e de trabalhar num ambiente regulamentar e jurídico incerto sem supervisão significativa por parte da gestão;
Proficiência na língua inglesa;
Domínio das ferramentas Word, Excel e Powerpoint;
Proativo, orientado para os resultados e essencialmente divertido.
