responsabilidades chave

Assegurar os procedimentos administrativos de Recursos Humanos (processamento salarial; acompanhamento e gestão contratual; novas admissões e rescisões; controlo do absentismo e das férias);
Apoio em tarefas do departamento de RH: Gestão da formação, recrutamento e seleção, entre outros;

competências

Experiência na utilização de SAP RH;
Licenciatura adequada à função (fator preferencial);
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em gestão administrativa de recursos humanos (preferencialmente em empresas de média/grande dimensão e/ou em sociedade de advogados);
Sólidos conhecimentos de legislação laboral;
Bons conhecimentos de inglês (fator preferencial);
Excelentes conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (domínio de excel).
