Hertz Ride, a global leader in motorcycle rentals, is expanding its team in Portugal. We are looking for a passionate Motorcycle Service Representative to join our Lisbon location.

Role Overview:
As a Motorcycle Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Riders.

Under the supervision of the Portugal Operations Manager, you will manage the rental process from booking to bike return, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and customer inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective service
  • Welcome Riders to our location and provide comprehensive service explanations
  • Assist Riders in selecting the best services to meet their needs
  • Explain contractual details, legal obligations, and motorcycle operations
  • Prepare and finalize rental agreements, including bike inspections upon return
  • Ensure motorcycle functionality by coordinating maintenance and preparation
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Passion for motorcycles and tourism
  • Valid driving license (Category A)
  • Proficiency in English (interviews will be conducted in English)
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented
  • Experience in Customer Service or B2C Sales is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility in working hours

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time contract, with a rotating schedule
