As a Store Representative at JustPhone, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer has a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, handling complaints, closing sales, and maintaining our social media presence.
You will play a key role in maintaining our store's reputation for excellent customer service and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.
Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Manage and update JustPhone's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content to promote products, sales, and events.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
Monitor social media trends and provide feedback to improve our online presence.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required and should be a Portuguese Native.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
Creativity and a good eye for detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
