Role: Deputy General Manager for Operations Teams
Location: Lisbon / LACS Harbour (work from office)
Role Overview
The Deputy General Manager main responsibilities are to support Senior Management and Client Stakeholders by understanding clients business needs and the project's delivery capability. This position is responsible to build strategy, uphold and maintain the agreed SLAs and KPIs for the full operation. Leading, coaching and guiding floor leaders to ensure compliant and motivated teams can always deliver high quality delivery.
Requirements
5-10+ years of client-facing experience in account management, customer support, project management and operations managementTrack record of experience with leading Operations Teams or full Projects in BPO environmentStrong leadership skills and proven track of managing Client StakeholdersProven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frameStrong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasksObjective and analytical approach to decision makingStrong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervisionProven track record in winning and growing revenues.Fluent in spoken and written English, additional language as a plusResponsibilities
Build and manage relationships with clients/stakeholders/internal teamsEstablish clear launch blockers and success criteria, monitor progress towards launch objectives, track dependencies between teams and resolutions and track success metrics of project post-launchWork collaboratively with clients to deliver against business plans and exceed revenue targetsIdentify and develop the necessary infrastructure, systems, tools and data to be able to run the business successfullyAnalyze data, trends and client performance, develop solid strategic plans and prepare and conduct presentationsWork with multiple teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for our client and its customersDrive Cognizant's Global Vision , performance management and complianceProvide periodic high-level updates to executive stakeholders.Demonstrates mastery of and leverages Reporting team for Reporting requests and Support tools for completion of the workDrive a culture of continuous improvement within the teamWhat we offer
