About the role
- Our ERP Transformation team, is integrated in the Finance department and focuses on the ERP renewal that will enable process standardization and simplification while unleashing untapped innovation in data insights and automation.
- As an ERP Transformation program Director, you will have an overview on the ERP transformation prograç as well as the target operating model of Solvay group.
- You will be accountable for:
- Participating, supporting, challenging and synthesizing the outcome of workshops related to operating model, strategy and other transformation activities
- Ensuring collaboration and alignment of the ERP business streams leaders
- Implementing the correct pace and structure to ensure efficient monitoring of delivery of ERP business streams
- Driving the functional design of the target solution according to the strategic objectives of standardization and simplification
- Supporting the full program management
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (France) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 105,000 euros to 130,000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
