Estamos a recrutar Sales Director para empreendimento turístico de luxo em Faro.
Principais responsabilidades
- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de vendas alinhada com os objetivos de negócio;
- Participar em iniciativas de marketing digital, incluindo campanhas de mídia social, marketing por e-mail etc.;
- Colaborar com as diferentes áreas de negócio para criar materiais promocionais, e ferramentas de vendas;
- Cultivar relacionamentos com meios de comunicação, influenciadores e principais partes interessadas do setor para garantir uma cobertura positiva da imprensa e parcerias estratégicas;
- Estar atualizado sobre as tendências do setor, as atividades dos concorrentes e as tendências do mercado para alinhar as estratégias de vendas e garantir uma vantagem competitiva;
- Responsável pelo orçamento de vendas, garantindo alocação eficiente de recursos para atingir o máximo ROI.
Perfil desejado- Formação superior em gestão, marketing, ou similares;
- Experiência prévia em gestão de vendas de hotelaria de luxo;
- Fortes competências negociais e interpessoais;
- Proatividade e dinamismo;
- Perfil analítico e estratégico;
- Inglês fluente.
