  • WHAT THE ROLE IS

The Chef is the one in charge of the guide, train and evaluates the supervise the kitchen staff in protocol and menu.

The Chef keeps all the resources used at the maximum.

  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Guide, train, evaluate and supervise the staff of the kitchen.
Perform the work according to the established protocol.
Kitchen Training expert in the location.
Supervise the Inventory of the Kitchen
Control the FIFO Protocol
Supervise the purchases of the kitchen.
Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.

2+ years of experience
