We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Senior Quality Engineer.


As a Senior Quality Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining our quality management system to ensure that our products meet both our own quality standards and customer requirements.

Our client is experiencing a period of growth, preparing for a future with larger, more complex, and diverse products.

Customer demands are becoming increasingly stringent, and they continue to push their own limits in terms of production and measurement capabilities.

To achieve these objectives, it is essential to continuously improve and effectively safeguard the processes. In this process, the role of the Senior Quality Engineer is crucial.


As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will uphold the quality management system, ensuring that products meet both our quality standards and customer expectations.

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments and maintain contact with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues and complaint resolution.

What do we expect from you?

Quality is central to your work ethic, where you, together with the team, strive to optimize the production process. This ensures that the products fully meet customer expectations.

Your ability to analyze data and, based on that, formulate clear advice for both internal and external customers distinguishes you in your field.


Your profile will demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • A strong drive to tackle technical challenges, combined with the ability to solve problems in a structured and effective manner;
  • Excellent communication skills that enable constructive dialogues at various levels;
  • A completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Technical Business Administration, or relevant practical experience in addition to a technical diploma at another level.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, where analytical skills were crucial;
  • Familiarity with industry terms like 8D, FAI, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and APQP;
  • Affinity with or insight into machining techniques;
  • You are willing to move to the Netherlands and build your life here. In doing so, we have three basic requirements you must meet. European Nationality, 2. A driving licence 3. English speaking.
Employment Conditions

  • A fulltime position, with a salary of €3,500, to €4,500, gross per month, based on a fulltime work week;
  • Overtime paid at 180%;
  • Housing with private bedroom for €49 per week (including gas, water, electricity, and internet);
  • Transportation to work, fuel paid;
  • The possibility to get health insurance through FlexHero;
  • Our intention is to work towards a permanent contract with you, as we aim to achieve great performances together;
