Votre Profil
Votre niveau de français est excellent, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (niveau C2).
À l'aise aussi bien dans la gestion administrative que la relation client, vous vous épanouissez au sein d'un environnement collaboratif et faites preuve au quotidien d'adaptation et de discrétion.Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres, possédez un bon niveau rédactionnel et maîtrisez l'outil bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Dynamique, réactif, organisé et doté d'un excellent relationnel pour travailler en équipe, vous savez gérer les priorités et prendre des initiatives lorsqu'il faut résoudre des problèmes.

Vos Missions
Portés par une forte croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire Prévoyance.
Après une formation de plusieurs semaines, vous serez accompagné par votre responsable sur une montée en compétence progressive afin d'assurer des missions en back-office ainsi que sur de la prise d'appel téléphonique.

Vos missions :

• Créer et suivre les dossiers d'arrêt de travail, d'invalidité et de décès dans notre système d'information ;

• Accompagner nos clients Entreprises par email et téléphone ;

• Assurer les missions d'organisation de l'activité (indexation, classement) ;

• Participer aux projets d'évolution et d'amélioration de l'activité Prévoyance à travers un travail collaboratif en groupes de travail.
