We're looking for a People Operations Specialist Internship, to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

CASAFARI is the leading real estate data intelligence platform in Europe.


With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany the company has grown exponentially supported by 180+ employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.


We started CASAFARI with a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform.


CASAFARI isn't just another data aggregator:

it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.


Your role:

  • Actively contribute to the smooth running of office operations by managing deliveries, overseeing stock, and coordinating daytoday tasks.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to internal team requests, ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided to support their needs.
  • Provide integral support to the People Team by preparing documents, managing schedules, and facilitating seamless internal communication.
  • Take charge of handling PTO requests efficiently and play a role in shaping engagement surveys and metrics to enhance the overall work experience.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring a harmonious and productive atmosphere.

What we are looking for:

  • A student/ bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities;
  • Startup mindset;
  • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Empathetic, and a natural extrovert.
