As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we're looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world's most well-known brands, as a call-center operator in Catalan.


Funções:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
  • Know the product/service well;
  • Process customer requests and complains;
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
  • Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Requisitos:

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Catalan, and advanced level of Spanish;
  • Have 6 months 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Have call center experience;
  • Are living in Portugal;
  • Have pc at home, internet connection, headsets and webcam;
  • Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
  • Have effective communication skills and customer care skills ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
  • Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);
  • Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.

Horário:

  • Fulltime schedule of 40 hours a week, rotative, with the breaks provided by law.

Qualificações:

  • High School.

Línguas:

  • Proficiency in Catalan;
  • Proficiency in Spanish;
  • Good English.
