A Direção de Technical Services eamp; Operations promove a liderança dos serviços de eletrónica, eletrodomésticos e todos os serviços para casa, contribuindo para a fidelização dos clientes e para a diferenciação da proposta de valor da empresa.

Garantir a coordenação entre equipas internas e fornecedores de serviços externos para a execução dos serviços de reparações e instalações;
Implementação de medidas correctivas conforme necessário para o atendimento ou excesso de padrões de serviço, com base em indicadores de desempenho;
Garantir que todas as operações de serviço sejam executadas com o objectivo de maximizar a satisfação do cliente;
Servir como ponto de ligação entre os clientes, as equipas internas e os fornecedores de serviço externos;
Assegurar que todos os serviços de reparações e instalações estejam em conformidade com as políticas internas da empresa;
Promover uma cultura de agilidade e inovação dentro das operações de serviço.
O que procuramos:
Formação Académica Superior em Gestão ou similar;
Experiência profissional em funções similares (preferencialmente);
Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office;
Boa capacidade comunicativa, de apresentação e de análise e interpretação de dados;
Orientação para o cliente e boa capacidade de organização e planeamento;
Autonomia e espírito crítico.
