BCG Lisbon Capability Center (LCC) is an exciting new office dedicated to executing top-notch operations to support BCG business. LCC will serve as a central hub for various functional teams, promoting collaboration in a dynamic space where team members can engage with our BCG and client base. The diverse business services provided by LCC will cover areas such as administrative support, talent acquisition, and finance among others. IN THE ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Run Finance Operations and Ensure Risk Management and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and the preparation of necessary official documents
  • Manage the annual audit process
  • Take charge of tax compliance for LCC
  • Oversee treasury management and local payroll services
  • Establish operational financial processes under the guidance of BCG Portugal finance and global expert teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with external financial service providers

YOU'RE GOOD AT

The Finance Operations Senior Manager at BCG's LCC Office plays a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance. Collaborating with the Global BCG Finance team, this position ensures integration into global financial processes to drive operational success.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Chartered Portuguese Accountant (mandatory)
  • 7-8 years of finance-related experience, Bachelor / Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Expertise in statutory compliance in Portugal
  • Proficiency in finance operations management
  • Experience working with both internal and external financial service providers
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English in an international business environment
