  • Que os nossos clientes utilizem eficazmente os nossos serviços de forma integrada no seu diaadia. Além disso, identificarás oportunidades de maior envolvimento com os clientes, com o objetivo de renovar contratos e oferecer novos produtos e serviços.
  • A recolha e análise ideal de feedback, confirmando a importância que damos à opinião dos nossos clientes e o nosso foco na melhoria contínua.
  • A resolução de desafios que os clientes possam enfrentar ao utilizar a nossa plataforma, garantindo uma experiência de serviço integrada e consistente.

Qual perfil procuramos:

  • Ensino superior em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência em Customer Success, com prática comprovada no entendimento e busca pela satisfação dos clientes, atendimento ao cliente, suporte técnico e vendas;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita são essenciais;
  • Ser analítico(a) e orientado(a) a detalhes;
  • Possuir uma forte habilidade em resolução de problemas e ser capaz de lidar com situações desafiadoras de forma produtiva;
  • Saber trabalhar em equipa e com bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Ter conhecimento em tecnologias de software e sistemas de gestão de relacionamento com clientes será uma vantagem;
  • Ser capaz de priorizar tarefas e gerir o tempo, de forma a alcançar metas;
  • Fluência em português e proficiência em inglês (obrigatório).
