D8 Solutions, a company founded in Braga in 2013, which develops its activity in the automotive industry sector in the area of quality control, is recruiting for its multinational client in the automotive industry sector, Process Engineer (m/f/d), in Palmela.


Functions:

  • Ensure that customer requirements and specifications are captured and aligned with supplier requirements;
  • Follow up on the entire APQP process;
  • Implementation of improvements to the production process;
  • Be involved in product validation;
  • Collection and submit of PPAP full documentation package according customer standard;
  • Team Management;
  • Followup of customer audits and quality management.

Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering and/or experienced in Production/Manufacturing and Quality processes.
  • 5 year experience in Quality;
  • Fluent communication in English (mandatory);
  • Advanced computer skills, from the user's point of view;
  • Knowledge of various problem solving and quality tools (Histogram, Pareto charts, Flow charts, Control Plan, Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Quality Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO 19011, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 (preferably);
  • Resistance to stress, sense of responsibility, dynamism and proactivity;
  • Immediate availability.
