FUNÇÃO
Assegurar a reconciliação das contas dos fornecedores;
Assegurar a contabilização dos pagamentos manuais e das operações de compensação;
Assegurar a contabilização das faturas de compra;
Produzir a análise e justificação de contas, incluindo a gestão de incidentes de pagamento
incidentes;
Assegurar o respeito pelas regras e normas da atividade;
Identificar e sinalizar desvios;
Participar no acompanhamento de indicadores relacionados com o desempenho e qualidade dos fornecedores.
PERFIL
Estudos Técnicos e Profissionais em Finanças/Contabilidade, preferencialmente com formação de nível superior ou equivalente
Superior ou equivalente;
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
Fluência em Excel e SAP;
Inglês obrigatório (Mínimo:
B2), Francês obrigatório (Mínimo: C1)
CONDIÇÕES
Perspectiva de continuidade em empresa de prestígio no seu setor de atuação;
Vencimento base subsídio de alimentação;
40h/semanais;
Horário: 2.a a 6.a com folgas fixas ao fim de semana.
