A day in the life of...

  • Analyse and check KPls on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
  • Participate in KPls trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
  • Responsible for issuing the invoices to the various companies of the group and sending regular reports of the billing statements.
  • Perform daily health checks to ensure billing errors are covered and corrected.
  • Collaborate with other streams to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Keep track of billing activity with clear and reliable data to present in regular operational meetings.

What will make you successful

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit accounting rules).
  • Fluent English level.
  • French Speaker (plus).
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required.
  • Good Organization and Prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and Respectfulness required.
