descrição da função/job description

Como parte da equipa financeira, este profissional apoiará o departamento nas atividades da área financeira, tais como:

  • Preparar o KPI book mensal de reporting dos actuals;
  • Contribuir na preparação do budget anual;
  • Analisar os KPI's do RFH e relacionar com os resultados financeiros;
  • Contribuir nas atividades de fecho contabilístico, nomeadamente calcular acréscimos;
  • Analisar variâncias de preço, mix, volume e eficiência vs budget, LE e PY;
  • Preparar pedidos de investimento para o Wave
  • Capex Request forms;
  • Monitorizar o capex (planeado, em compromisso e gasto) e depreciações;
  • Reportar resultados financeiros em Hyperion (RX e DC report e Rsquared);
  • Executar o standard costing através do modelo ABC;
  • Modelar Business cases e análises adhoc;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua das atividades da área;
  • Entre outras atividades relevantes e necessárias para a função.
requisitos/requirements

Formação superior em Gestão, Economia ou outra área relevante para a função

  • Experiência prévia até 2 anos em funções semelhantes ou auditoria;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa (oral e escrita),
  • Conhecimentos dos programas Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook);
  • Conhecimentos de SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), Hyperion;
Noções de IAS e IFRS (normas de contabilidade e relato financeiro);

  • Noções na utilização de ferramentas de:
  • Costing (por ex. ABC);
  • Investimento (por ex. ROI).
  • Parceiro de negócios e atitude de desafio;
  • Capacidade de influenciar positivamente as pessoas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação falada e escrita;
  • Organizado e com boa capacidade de planeamento;
  • Atenção ao detalhe e agilidade.
