Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team at Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda. As an Administrative Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients, including management of clients and suppliers, issuance of invoices, and billing management.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and entities in English and French.
- Understand and manage receivables and related processes.
- Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have an intermediate level of English and an advanced level of French. You should also have a strong understanding of financial processes and be able to work independently.
