Job Title: Administrative Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Management Specialist to join our team at Natixis in Portugal. As a key member of our Administrative Management team, you will be responsible for producing employment contracts for young individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts for internships, V.I.E, and apprenticeships.
  • Oversee the pre-onboarding process for new interns, V.I.E participants, and apprentices.
  • Liaise with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment and program alignment.
  • Evaluate and improve contract management processes based on feedback and changing needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar area.
  • High ability to manage high volume of administrative issues.
  • Fluent French and a good level of English.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
