Descritivo da Função:

  • Participar na elaboração do Plano de Actividades e Orçamento anuais da Direcção, bem como contribuir para o controlo da sua evolução, identificando eventuais desvios entre o real e o previsto;
  • Propor medidas correctivas, com o objectivo de garantir o cumprimento quer dos objectivos definidos, quer do nível de serviço fixado;
  • Coordenar e participar na implementação da estratégia de Recursos Humanos, em estreita colaboração com a Direcção da área e restantes gestores, assegurando a consistência entre esta e as políticas definidas, propondo e planeando ajustes sempre que necessário;
  • Participar na conceptualização, desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas e processos de formação e desenvolvimento, de forma a assegurar a coerência com as restantes políticas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Planear, propor e coordenar o modelo e processos de gestão de desempenho mais adequado ao Grupo, bem como supervisionar e participar nas actividades associadas à gestão de performance, com o objectivo de contribuir para a implementação de uma cultura de meritocracia no Grupo e assegurar a identificação das necessidades internas de formação;
  • Coordenar e participar na implementação de políticas e processos de compensação e benefícios, de forma a assegurar um sistema de reconhecimento e gestão de recompensas alinhado com as orientações estratégicas do Grupo;
  • Coordenar os Recursos Humanos afectos à sua área de responsabilidade, identificando as necessidades ao nível de recrutamento, desenvolvimento e formação, bem como garantir o enquadramento e motivação dos colaboradores, promovendo o seu desenvolvimento, produtividade e alinhamento com os valores e cultura do Grupo.
Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou similar;
  • Experiência prévia em consultoria de RH e actualmente na função;
  • Conhecimento de políticas de Recursos Humanos, nomeadamente de Retribuição Variável, Modelo de Carreiras, Modelo de Funções e competências e Qualificador de Funções;
  • Bons conhecimentos de MS Office;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Inteligência emocional;
  • Relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Método, organização e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Rigor.
