Responsabilidades

  • Identificar e procurar novas oportunidades de negócios na indústria de veículos e de automação, incluindo OEMs e fornecedores de primeira linha.
  • Desenvolver e manter relações com os principais stakeholders nos clientesalvo.
  • Colaborar com a equipa de engenharia para compreender os requisitos técnicos e desenvolver soluções personalizadas para atender às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Fornecer suporte técnico e especialização aos clientes durante todo o processo de vendas, incluindo demonstrações de produtos, apresentações e discussões técnicas.
  • Preparar e entregar propostas de vendas, cotações e contratos, negociando termos e fechando negócios.
  • Monitorizar tendências de mercado, atividades de concorrentes e feedback dos clientes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação de produtos.
  • Alcançar os objetivos de vendas e KPIs propostos pela empresa e reportar regularmente sobre as atividades e desempenho de vendas.
Requisitos

  • Mestrado em Engenharia (Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Eletrotécnica, ou áreas similares);
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em vendas técnicas, preferencialmente na indústria automóvel ou de automação.
  • Forte compreensão de sistemas eletromecânicos, componentes e processos de fabricação.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e apresentação, com a capacidade de transmitir conceitos técnicos complexos para públicos técnicos e não técnicos.
  • Perfil orientado para resultados com capacidade provada em cumprir objetivos de vendas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa num ambiente dinâmico, gerindo múltiplos projetos e prioridades de maneira eficaz.
  • Proficiência em software CRM e Microsoft Office.
