D'ACCORD Trabalho Temporário encontra-se em fase de recrutamento de Chef de Partida para Unidade Hoteleira na zona da Quinta do Lago.


Descrição de funções:
Preparação e confeção de pratos de acordo com os padrões e cartas do hotel.
Supervisionar os processos de manuseamento de alimentos e garantir a consistência e qualidade.
Gerir e formar os membros da equipa de cozinha.
Assegurar a limpeza e organização da estação de trabalho, cumprindo as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar.
Colaborar com o Chef Executivo e Sous Chef nos diversos processos de criação e melhoria na cozinha.
Monitorizar o stock de ingredientes e realizar requisições conforme necessário.

Requisitos:


Experiência comprovada como Chef de Partida ou em posição similar num ambiente de cozinha profissional / Hotelaria de 5 estrelas.

Conhecimento aprofundado de técnicas culinárias e preparação de pratos.
Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e em horários flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e liderança.
Atenção ao detalhe e paixão pela excelência culinária.
Formação em Gastronomia ou área relacionada será valorizada.
Transporte próprio.
