We are now looking to hire a B2C Digital Coffee Specialist. Reporting to the Digital Team Leader, this role focuses on providing efficient and secure support to our customers across various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and unique digital experience.

A Typical Day In The Role Includes...

  • Addressing customer inquiries on multiple platforms
  • Empowering yourself to resolve issues and commit to actions
  • Efficiently resolving concerns while upholding Nespresso's quality standards
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting strong customer relations
  • Meeting necessary SLAs per contact point
  • Building long-term customer relationships with personalized service
  • Continuously enhancing skills and knowledge, particularly in B2C Digital
  • Proactively identifying gaps and areas for improvement

Key Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • 1 to 2 years of Customer-Facing experience (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
  • Good command of English (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously (Multitasking)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Linda-a-Velha
